Product Return/Exchange

Return/Exchange Policy 

In cases where customers receive products that do not match their order:

Please notify the company within 3 days of receiving the product by contacting us via LINE Official: @drsupraneeskincare or by calling 0624242523. Please return the item to the company using a traceable shipping method, such as sending via EMS by the Thai Post Office. The returned item must be in complete and original condition. If the error is due to the company, the company will bear the shipping cost for the return. The company will resend the correct product to you.

In cases of defective products due to manufacturing:

The company reserves the right to not refund the product price if the product is defective due to manufacturing. The company will send a new product and will cover the shipping costs. When you receive the product, please check the condition of the item. If you notice any issues caused by the company, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product by contacting us via LINE Official: @drsupraneeskincare or by calling 0624242523. Please return the item to the company via a traceable shipping method, such as sending via EMS by the Thai Post Office. The company will bear the shipping costs for the return. Once the company receives the product and verifies the reported issue, a new product will be sent to you.

In cases of product usage problems:
