Shipping Policy
1. The company will ship the products only after confirming that the payment has been completed.

3. The company ships products once a day, excluding public holidays and national holidays. Orders that confirm payment today will be shipped the following day. However, if shipping cannot occur on that day, the company reserves the right to ship on the next business day or as agreed with the buyer.
4. Once the product has been shipped, the staff will confirm the shipment along with providing you with the tracking number and the phone number of the shipping service, either via phone or email as specified by you.
5. The estimated shipping duration is approximately 3 business days, depending on the shipping service provider and the delivery area, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and public holidays.
6. The estimated shipping duration is subject to change based on the shipping company, holidays, and festive periods.
7. The company will start counting the shipping duration only after the customer receives an SMS or email confirming the successful payment for the order.
8. Shipping methods include private parcel delivery companies as agreed with the buyer.
9. Products will be delivered only to the specified shipping address.
10. Once the shipping details are confirmed, changes to the shipping address can no longer be made.

12. The shipping fee for nationwide delivery is 100 baht per order.
